Vera Lumbre
House, disco and Latin edits for rooms that came to dance.
The story
Vera Lumbre started DJing in 2017 with two borrowed turntables and a crate of her aunt's salsa and disco records. Those records are still in the bag. Her sets move between classic house, disco and her own Latin edits, and she plays most of it on vinyl.
Since 2023 she has run First Fridays at The Lantern Room in Denver, a monthly night that has sold out eleven times. Outside the residency she plays around 60 dates a year: club nights across the Mountain West, rooftop and patio parties through the summer, and a small number of weddings and brand events for clients who want a dance floor, not a playlist.
She travels light and sets up fast. The full tech rider and booth layout are in the Downloads section below. If the room has decks, she can walk in with a record bag and a USB and be ready in fifteen minutes.
